Therapeutic sessions with an overall goal to improve the client's overall emotional well-being, capacity for emotional resiliency and regulation, and a greater sense of themselves while they navigate life's challenges in a safe space.

Parenting Support
Parent support sessions help bridge the gap between therapy and your daily life with your child. Together, we will uncover the root of challenging situations and help better understand what both you as the parent and your child are experiencing in these moments. Parent work includes understanding your own early lived experiences and how they show themselves in the relationship you are building with your child. Parenting is a journey that you don't have to walk alone.
My Approach
I use a holistic approach which aims to support children, youth and their families through a compassionate and empathetic lens. I use play and body-based practices to help children process challenges within their world while supporting parents with attainable strategies and frameworks to support their children outside of the therapeutic space.
At the foundation of a child’s life is their family. I work together with parents to deepens the therapy process by connecting the work done in the therapy space back to the home. Together we will work to support your child while also strengthening your relationship with them, encouraging you to more deeply understand their unique experience in the world while working together to navigate challenges you may face alongside them.

About me
I have supported children and their families in both clinical and recreational settings for over 15 years, and have cultivated a practice which aims to support children and their families while navigating challenging situations and emotions.
Living and working in Rural South Ottawa allows me to understand the impact that minimal services has on our youth. I strive to help fill this gap in services while connecting with others in the community and providing a safe space close to home.
